This is a multi-faceted tool designed for use on fascia and soft tissue to work on kinks and to ease and relieve energy flow (blood, knots, supine tissue). both long term and recent kinks, twists and injuries. The tool is fairly well made, if not top notch, feels good in the hand, has many different angles and protrusions designed for better access to problem areas. In general, it works well and, in the right hands, produces the desired results.
