This was exactly what I wanted, a sturdy, light, large brim sun hat. I sunburn if I think too hard about going outside and I really hate wearing hats, but this one is fairly light and pretty adjustable. It''s stood up to being tossed around in the backseat of my car, going into the pool, and yard work. Plus it still looks just as it did at purchase, despite the soakings and subsequent drying out in the sun (laid flat). I''m super pleased with the value and may buy another for a back up or to give to my daughter as it''s cute enough for everyday wear.
