Thing works great. I was really concerned about durability after reading some of the other negative reviews but after a few days of use I can only assume they absolutely kill the ball. It's definitely more for practicing your technique, so I probably wouldn't swing at the fences all the time - head to the shooting range instead if you need to vent a little anger. The ball hangs more off the tee, even on the lowest settings. So if you're struggling to get a good shot with the irons, it probably won't help much. But if you just want to practice your swing once in a while, that's perfect.
