Considering this is my first time using fork oil I really have no comparison. Put progressive fork springs on my KLR 650 and it was the cheapest 15w fork oil on Revain. . It seemed normal and there were no problems. I've only ridden the bike about 50 miles since changing the springs and oil, but I can say it's a lot better than what it came from the factory. I went with the 15w as I weigh about 265 and wanted a slightly heavier oil than the stock 10w.
