Doesn't work on our kart
We bought this to use on a racing kart. Many other drivers use them for this purpose with no problem. It was easy to install, but half the time it was unreadable. It seems to short out and then restart. We tried wrapping it in plastic tubing to prevent short circuits, but that didn't work. This was probably due to engine vibration and not the product itself. As a result I had to buy a more expensive racing kart tachometer.
