Review on XYZ INVT Inverter Appliances 800W12V Clamps by Rodney Bullock

It took me a while to figure out how to test this. Although I didn't get it to 600W, I used it to power an old 20" iMac. The 12V input I connected it to was a 30Ah deep cycle AGM battery connected to the solar panel via a charge controller. My goal is to provide minimal power in the event of a power outage. So I ran an extension cord from the inverter to my rec room, hooked up a power meter and oscilloscope to see how clean the voltage waveform was. I wish I had a current sensor so I can see what the inverter is exposed to. I have to say the voltage waveform looks very clean. And the iMac started without any problems.
