The first week was fine. Not great, but more comfortable than my previous kneeling chair. The vertical height adjustment is smooth and of high quality. I immediately noticed that the knee pad was slightly thicker in the middle than at the edges, which caused my legs to slide off the edges unless I was wearing jeans. After about three weeks of use, the memory foam started to shift slightly, leaving the front edge of the fabric with a loose and hard crest. The lack of adjustment of the knee pads is by far the biggest disadvantage: it is too low for me and too high for my roommate. Would be great as a $40-50 chair, definitely not worth the $250 I spent on it.
