It was obviously not beaten during delivery, as the box was intact. I wrote to the support service, they gave a promotional code for 600 as compensation, the application says that it is valid until 12/31, and the letter indicated that it was 3 months. For 3 months there was no need to buy goods on the take and the promotional code became invalid. Why did this happen if you spoiled a product that costs a lot of money, and the puncture is temporary? Disgustingly simple.
