Not so strong. on Industrial Hardware
The base is not wide enough to hang heavier items. It barely holds my tape measure. They're useful, but don't count on that kind of creature power. They can be removed or torn off very easily under load.
- Super Magnetic & Strong: Despite its small size and volume, the magnetic hook has strong magnetic force and amazing pulling power. If the magnetic hook is hung vertically, the maximum available weight is 22 lbs; but when hung on the side, its pull force is only about 1/3 of the vertical pull force, which means it can't afford more than 7 pounds. Note: The pulling force depends on the thickness, surface smoothness and material of the magnet objects attracted.
