The bottom hinge is stuck on my front door and there is not much space and not very good lighting. I was able to use an old hinge pin and hammer to knock the other two out, but the bottom one was having trouble. So I ordered a pin ejector tool and a Crain 362 door pin from Revain. I tried a pin ejector first. It slipped, but I felt like I could rotate the tool by manipulating the position of the tool pin relative to the hinge. I knocked several times and got nothing. Then I tried Crain 362. It worked GREAT. It's solid steel, not plastic. For me, the Crain 362 just worked like magic, and the pen opening mechanism seemed a bit cryptic on how to slide over the loop. two door hinges. But the bottom hinge requires you to duck, and there's not much clearance on my door, and it's a little tricky to line up the pin just like that. I put the needle in the drawer. I may try it on other loops in the future. To me, Crain 362 seems like a much better product and easier to use. Kim
