(Terrible experience), (Incompatible product), (Manufacturer called and they won't help as I bought this item from a third party, not from them directly.) I have Tried emailing and calling support which didn't help at all. The email kept forcing me to download WhatsApp and then gave me a number that was too long to use. The air conditioning button turns on (only at full power), but the temperature does not change to heat and the fan speed does not decrease. Apple Carplay still won't connect after the first week. Will be returning this product.
