I was deciding between buying a new blower and weed killer or buying replacement batteries. I decided to buy these batteries and it was a big mistake. I just had to buy new power tools. I fully charged and fully discharged the batteries twice according to their instructions. They were good for the first 4 or 5 uses but now they don't last more than a few minutes. I can sometimes get about 5 minutes out of them using my Weed Wacker, but if you're using something that draws constant current, like a leaf blower, those batteries will die in a minute or two. I contacted Powerextra about my problem and they said they would replace my batteries if I paid for the return. Serious? Am I responsible for shipping costs if you sold me a defective item? I then complained even more and they offered to send me a prepaid shipping label but at that point I lost all faith in Powerextra. I will never again buy a product from a company that doesn't endorse their product. If I were you, I'd avoid the batteries.
