Lego 70432: Hidden Side: Haunted Fairground

Hidden Side: Haunted Fairground Set includes 3 numbered packs, 1 track pack, instructions and 22 stickers. Includes 5 minifigures: Jack, Parker, JB, Jimbo Loblo and Terry Top. The last 2 are clowns who turn into ghosts. The clowns have some really awesome details, like a collar around their necks, a pink top hat, and a piece of ectoplasm that makes Terry Top look like he's bent over on his side. There are additional pieces of translucent green ectoplasm so you can make the clowns as scary as you like. The fairground has many details. Both rides work. When the coaster car reaches the other end of the track, it spots the monster. The same goes for the drop ride, which reveals another monster when the rider reaches the top. I love the way Lego has done the transformations here. The innocent faire turns into something much scarier once you start playing. I don't like the Hidden Side game so I'm only looking at this set in terms of physical build. If you are planning to try the game, please check the list of supported Lego devices first. In terms of the physical build and the minifigures included, I really like this set. It's fun and scary, has entertaining gameplay features and will look cool on display too. Even the Hidden Side color wheel is subtly integrated. But I'm disappointed that there are *so many* stickers. I recommend having an adult help you apply the decals as some of the decals, such as B. the monster eyes on top of the ride, must be carefully applied to make them look right.
