Review on iSmart EHR by Brian Vasquez

I like having access from anywhere for my patients by using their smart devices when they have internet connection at home or work! It is very helpful especially if you are not able go into clinic that day because it does remind me what was done during previous visits (medication changes).

Also helps keep track as far back as last year since there's no way to look up past data online anymore unless your doctor sends paperwork over via mail -.- This software also provides reminders/alerts so its great even though sometimes those can be annoying too haha but overall this program has helped improve patient follow-up appointments etc.,.
