I would give 5 stars if everything was included. It looks well assembled but was only sent in the original packaging and arrived quite worn. He was missing two fins that should go with him. It looks like it could have been used even though it should be a new item. The factory tape on the sides looked like it had been previously opened from all sides of the box. I won't be going back because I'm pretty sure everything else is still there and the fins really aren't needed. I'm just disappointed that it came in the state it was. Don't bother with the return and request another one.
