Desert Dehydration at Sports Nutrition
I have ordered several Key Nutrients products in the past and have really enjoyed them. When I saw that they had their electrolytes in capsule form I was very excited. Sometimes I don't have time to prepare one of their drinks. Sometimes I just want to drink water. When you live in the desert, it's very easy to get dehydrated. I garden a lot so I take them on the days when I know I'll be working outside in the hot sun. You have worked wonders! Once I forgot to take them with me when I was digging in the garden and I saw a HUGE difference! I felt pretty bad halfway through because I was already dehydrated.
