Easy to install. Originally ordered the wrong size, so measure the required length of thread correctly. Measurement methods are given in the description. Lily Glory was so easy to solve this problem via email. I highly recommend this product. The local watch company charged $50 to replace the watch motor in just 9:00 am. I could do it myself.
