I like that you can make a big crepe and that it doesn't stick. It is difficult to spread the batter over the entire surface of the heating element, as it will immediately begin to dry out. The crepe will not brown at all, even at maximum heat and for a minute. It took a long time to reach the desired heating temperature. The pancakes are thinner but otherwise no better than what I make in a pan.
