For a man with thick and wavy hair, that's overkill. I have been using this product for almost 2 months and I am not satisfied with the results. I was already bald and this product doesn't help at all. First, the shampoo makes my hair very dry and brittle (I wash my hair two or three times a week). When I rinse out the shampoo, a small clump of hair sticks together in my hands, which is shocking for an all-natural product. The conditioner seems to help somewhat and makes my hair soft. The shampoo and conditioner have no fragrance at all. And it's pricey for a 10-ounce bottle of shampoo and conditioner.
