I like how easy it was to set up for our organization! It has been very successful in helping us manage all of my documents as well as having an online repository where we can store things such as forms etc without taking them home or using paper copies which saves time & money!! There are some features i would love but am not sure if they will be implemented any sooner than later? For now though this product works great with what its intended purpose - managing paperwork/documents within your office environment so you don't have take everything back /home every day (which leads me into another point).
