A Letdown of a One-Stop-Shop for Backyard Needs, MoJack

As a motivated homeowner trying to improve my backyard area, I was lured to MoJack's claim to be the one-stop shop for all my requirements. I was, however, utterly let down by my interaction with the internet business. First off, the patio furniture was by no means of good caliber. The items I bought were lightweight and subparly made, with obvious flaws that indicated lousy construction. It's obvious that MoJack places more emphasis on quantity than quality. The lawn and garden supplies weren't particularly impressive either. The options were few, and the things were pricey considering their subpar quality. It is obvious that MoJack doesn't value the money of their clients. In conclusion, I was utterly unimpressed with MoJack's offers. As a product manager, I am aware that the caliber of the products offered determines how useful a one-stop shop is. Unfortunately, MoJack doesn't live up to his claim that he will be the envy of the neighborhood.

Pros
  • Elegant outdoor furnishings
Cons
  • In several instances, the product quality was below standard.
