Review on Norpro Deluxe Cherry Pitter Suction by Elizabeth French

I bought this stoner because it's cherry season. I like the design and the ease of use. In theory, this thing is awesome. The problem is that the 2 pads that come with it are very cheap. After a handful of cherries ripped through the first, the second soon did as well. The stoner still works, but the cherries without spacers have gone bad. The company has included a cost sheet for replacing parts. The cost per pad is $4 per pad plus $4 shipping and handling fee. So if I were to replace 2 pads it would cost me $12 which is half the cost of the entire stoner. NO WAY!
