Powers a 300mm fan!
This product emits no noise nor does it give me night vision so I saw no need to rate those. It does however power my 300mm fan for cheap, and my fan has a low noise level. I only wish there was an inline switch.

- Comes with very small form factor. Just loved it. I would order it again anytime soon.
- The power cord may be too short for some setups
