So good so far. Unfortunately it gets hot when connecting two 0.55A Noctua fans. So far this is the only product of this type so I will buy one power supply for each fan to prevent them from getting too hot.

This works perfectly with their 38mm CG12038H12-IP67 fan. You'll need this to get full fan RPM speed, as the USB adapters won't provide enough wattage. The power adapter has two wires pinned into a 4-pin plug, but will still accept the 3-pin plugs from fan modules.Noise test: in a quiet room, the fan produced 40 decibels at a distance of 5 feet when using this power adapter.

I bought this to power some extra CPU fans I had laying around. I have it connected to an automatic timer that turns it on for 20 minutes a day. So far it works without issue. We'll see how long it lasts. Note that I have not attempted to run more than one fan off of it.

I was making a box to store hard drives for storage and in use but needed a WAC to keep them cool. Having this I did not have to add on to my PSU. This is convient and worked great

It's small and light and provides the rated power output.I'm not sure why Walmart is asking for "night vision" and "noise level" ratings. This is a wall wart power supply. It would not be expected to make any kind of noise or provide that ability to see in the dark.It works perfectly for its purpose, however!

While not the cheapest option, I always look for safety certifications on power supplies and this one had them. No buzzing and it’s been reliable so far. Highly recommended.

This is not a compensated comment. Is a power supply, but it is compact, and have enough power to do it's job! I run 2 fans off each one of them all day long, and they get barely warm to the touch. Very compact, and since I have limited room this fit perfectly for my needs. The output is very stable and the cord is long enough. I would recommend this product. I have purchased many Coolerguys items in the past and they have been great.

This product emits no noise nor does it give me night vision so I saw no need to rate those. It does however power my 300mm fan for cheap, and my fan has a low noise level. I only wish there was an inline switch.

A neat plug in bench tool that the builder will quickly appreciate.This socket equipped transformer allows for quick testing of fans for function, noise and comparisons in different build situations.When your done building it can become the power for a bench fan useful for flow across the station especially if one solders.Overall a great gadget!
