The data is very reliable, it helps me to understand my customers better by providing insights about their buying patterns which I can leverage in marketing campaigns. It's easy to use as well! Nothing so far but what i would like more of are the advanced features such as AI recommendations etc. We have realized that we were not able to reach out directly to potential consumers who had shown some interest to us through social media channels or other means due to lack of information from kataBAT database. Now using this tool, we will be able to send them personalized messages via WhatsApp/Email regarding products they showed an inclination towards before sending them direct links pointing at those pages where further details could be obtained.
