Amazing customer experience technology

The best thing about Centriam is that it allows you to get insights into your customers, their interactions with your brand and what they are looking for. It's amazing how much info you can find out about your customers. I dislike that you have to pay per month to use this platform. If you want to use it as a tool to understand your customers and improve your service, then yes, it's worth paying for. You will be able to see trends and patterns in your data so you'll know exactly where to focus…

Useful for communicating customer experience issues

I like that we can see what our customers are saying about us, as well as how they're interacting with others within their organization (i.e., employees). It's also nice being able to have an easy way to communicate back to them via email or text/call if needed - it helps prevent having to write long emails where you could be misunderstood! There isn't anything specifically bad at this point; however there may come time when something new comes out but since its been around awhile now not too…

The dashboard view makes it easy enought that I can see what my team's performance looks like at any given time, which helps me keep track of things as they're going along without having to look through numerous reports or spreadsheets with multiple tabs/pages each day / week etc. It would be helpful if there was an option within this program so you could create your own custom dashboards instead just using prebuilt ones from their website.
