Amazing customer experience technology

The best thing about Centriam is that it allows you to get insights into your customers, their interactions with your brand and what they are looking for. It's amazing how much info you can find out about your customers. I dislike that you have to pay per month to use this platform. If you want to use it as a tool to understand your customers and improve your service, then yes, it's worth paying for. You will be able to see trends and patterns in your data so you'll know exactly where to focus your efforts. I like how easy it was to use, but didn't have much trouble with anything while using it. The only downside we found was that you can get lost if your not familiar with the system, which makes training employees difficult since they are often new hires or trainees who aren't used to this kind of software! We were able to track our contact information easily as well as what's important to customers when contacting us. It also helped us create more efficient processes at work so everything went smoothly.
