Good Tool For Tracking Customer Success Office Operations

The ability of the tool is great for managing our CSO engagements in such an effective way without much manual intervention required. We can track all activities across our channel partners from pre sales to post implementation stage. This has helped us reduce risk as we have better visibility into what needs attention at specific times or stages within the lifecycle. Great Customer Management Tool - Helps Keep Track Of Multiple Accounts

The ability to keep track of our customers who have used multiple products is very helpful for us. I also like that each user can be tracked separately so it's easy to see where they are in their journey. You can choose which features you want to use at any time, but if you're just getting started then maybe only focus on basic account info or onboarding. Best Inhouse Customer Feedback Solution With Amazing Features

The best thing about this tool is its ability of tracking all our CSAT data in one place for easy analysis!
