The ability of the tool is great for managing our CSO engagements in such an effective way without much manual intervention required. We can track all activities across our channel partners from pre sales to post implementation stage. This has helped us reduce risk as we have better visibility into what needs attention at specific times or stages within the lifecycle. There are multiple features which I feel should be improved upon like adding some more customization options to it so that it fits best with our business requirements. Great platform for tracking CSOs' work done by different people involved in any interaction between CSOs and customers.
