The ability to keep track of our customers who have used multiple products is very helpful for us. I also like that each user can be tracked separately so it's easy to see where they are in their journey. You can choose which features you want to use at any time, but if you're just getting started then maybe only focus on basic account info or onboarding. We needed this tool right away because we were having difficulty keeping up with multiple accounts across several platforms (Appirio Pardot, Salesforce). This has helped tremendously!
