Never worked long. I had to take it to T-MOBILE several times because it just stopped working within a day or two. I had to get new SIM cards several times. It worked well for me during the day so I took it to my mom. Worked for a day or two, then quit. I returned the phone. If you decide to try the phone to see if it works for you, this is a really good foldable phone for the elderly. Just because I had problems doesn't necessarily mean it won't work for you. I really liked the texture of the outside. It wasn't slippery. It had a fairly large keyboard and the picture and sound were great for a clamshell. It was thin and large enough for an elderly person to operate on.
