Another product ruined by lousy software, poor instructions and zero support.

Expect to spend a lot of time setting this phone up for use. If you then get it to work, you'll repeat it every time the older user presses the wrong button. This isn't the kind of phone you'd want to gift to someone who thinks it's easy to use. The hardware is fine, but the instructions don't cover what's needed to set up and use the phone. The charging station seemed to work fine. My husband was so mad about this that he broke it in half and threw it in the trash so we wouldn't get a refund…

I liked the physical aspects of the phone, but it just didn't perform consistently.

Never worked long. I had to take it to T-MOBILE several times because it just stopped working within a day or two. I had to get new SIM cards several times. It worked well for me during the day so I took it to my mom. Worked for a day or two, then quit. I returned the phone. If you decide to try the phone to see if it works for you, this is a really good foldable phone for the elderly. Just because I had problems doesn't necessarily mean it won't work for you. Forget usability. Forget the pensioners!

It doesn't have a touchscreen (as you'd expect) and you rely entirely on navigation with the most cumbersome keyboard imaginable. I used to have at least a dozen single-pad phones, and I've mastered them all! But it's a Rubik's Cube. It is incomprehensible and completely illogical. It's not a handy phone and I definitely wouldn't give it to my elderly parents.
