No stainless steel
Any steel containing iron will rust. As you can see from the magnet attached to the knife, they have A LOT of iron in them. If it had some iron in it and the magnet barely stuck, I wouldn't take it so literally. These are nice knives, but not stainless steel. I assume they are plated with stainless steel which will eventually fail, just like my acid meters. You will be returned.
