I bought this lens for astrophotography and it did not disappoint. I used an f/2.8 f/2.8 Rokinon lens and the extra aperture has a big impact on the noise level here. I haven't tried the A/B comparison, but this thing is clear. However, it is a little big; not as portable as the Rokinon, but worth it for the extra speed. And the autofocus is fast and accurate and naturally sharp. I also used it for landscapes (photos attached) and found it sharp and crisp. The extra two millimeters of width is nice and noticeable when I go from 16 to 35. Highly recommended.
