It works if well located in the knee

I run about 1 hour everyday and my knees were feeling it. I bought this product for support but the first days they hurt even more, it takes some practice and patience to locate them correctly but once you get the right spot it's easy to remember. Now I don't feel any pain when doing exercises

Kinda does the job, but I'm not sure how!

Cons

May not fit comfortably on individuals with larger than average thighs
