The software allows me to search, add, edit, track and submit resumes, cover letters and applications through my mobile device or desktop computer. I can also create, upload and share PDF documents. The interface is easy to navigate and the app is very intuitive. There is nothing about this software I dislike. I have used other Applicant Tracking Systems in the past but this one stands out because it has a simple user friendly user interface and can be easily integrated into our business systems. So far we haven't had any issues with the software. It works very well and has allowed us to streamline our recruiting efforts. We are able to quickly track applicants' progress and make changes if needed. We're also able to keep applicant information secure with its online portal.
