I have a small cereal shop and I measure out 6 cups of certain ingredients. I wish I had bought this measuring cup a year ago. When I'm cooking 30+ batches, being able to quickly measure in one vessel really saves time. This durable measuring cup features clear raised letters, with cups highlighted in red on one side and liters highlighted in blue on the other. The mug will not break when washed and dried in a hot dishwasher. I drew a line around the cup at the six cup mark. I did it that way. I filled the measuring cup with 6 cups of water and marked in several places with a permanent marker. Then I connected the dots with a flexible ruler.
