So I just learned how to draw oil today. I did some research and this is what has been done for a while. Its effectiveness is still debated. When I ordered it I thought it was regular mouthwash and oh my god! I was surprised. I thought I didn't shake it enough and the oil was on top. If you've never done this before, it seems really weird. The taste is terrible too, there's a slight mint flavor that makes it a little more bearable. After rinsing it for 30 seconds, I spat it on the sink and it was a mess. I had to wash the sink with soap to remove the oil. Not for me! Made in the USA.
