Refreshing, but not like regular mouthwashes.

Oh my god, it takes a little getting used to. It's thick and not very comfortable in my opinion. It refreshes perfectly and maybe even brightens them up a bit.

Of course it's different! for Oral Care

This m stands for health and likes to try new things! This oil train is certainly something else but I actually tried it 6 months ago in India and the locals there swear by its benefits, do whatever helps to keep my mouth healthy it will work. It's definitely not the oil from India, but it's not bad. The reason for 4 stars is 1. too expensive for my budget and 2- it hurts to clean the sink after use. Overall decent quality oil draws and I will continue to use it!

So I just learned how to draw oil today. I did some research and this is what has been done for a while. Its effectiveness is still debated. When I ordered it I thought it was regular mouthwash and oh my god! I was surprised. I thought I didn't shake it enough and the oil was on top. If you've never done this before, it seems really weird. The taste is terrible too, there's a slight mint flavor that makes it a little more bearable. After rinsing it for 30 seconds, I spat it on the sink and it…

Better to do it yourself

It's okay. It contains a blend of oils but does not specify whether they are cold pressed or organic, so it is likely that they are refined oils. To my experienced taste, they resemble refined oils. It's also not minty enough to really freshen your breath. Mint is very weak. Luckily, I have food-grade peppermint essential oil to add to the bottle.

Great taste and texture

I made a coconut oil rinse but this is much easier and has a great mint flavor. I use less cap after brushing with activated charcoal toothpaste. It doesn't taste very good if you use it with flavored toothpaste after brushing your teeth. Work up to twenty minutes. At first it seems impossible. Try it. Two minutes is fine. You get used to it. <3 Oil rinses in oral care

I think - I recommend oil rinses to everyone - especially if you smoke. They have teeth and gums that slowly fade with age. Oil pulling protects these vital food pounding machines. I've tried other brands, this one has a nice mint flavor and is my favourite.
