I made a coconut oil rinse but this is much easier and has a great mint flavor. I use less cap after brushing with activated charcoal toothpaste. It doesn't taste very good if you use it with flavored toothpaste after brushing your teeth. Work up to twenty minutes. At first it seems impossible. Try it. Two minutes is fine. You get used to it. I'm telling you, it's getting rid of plaque on my teeth! Due to Covid my cleaning appointment was cancelled, the plaque was piling up. I used this solution and this plaque is gone and my teeth are better. It also leaves a minty freshness and great taste in the mouth! I love the 3 bottle set! I love it and recommend you try it!
