So this works great, but two things: The lids (both ends) are pretty cheaply made. I bought three, the first one is just an extra piece because the beautiful stainless steel lid turned freely on the plastic lid so I had to press really hard to get the lid off. The second is the top cover. You cannot remove the washer to get under it to clean it. However, it comes out when it wants to, and the piece of stainless steel holding it floats in your coffee. Another thing, the filter is difficult or impossible to clean perfectly.
