The best feature that I love are its dashboards where one can easily see their sales performance compared against previous months as well competitors' reports too which helps me decide my strategies for future business plans! Sometimes it takes time before this tool starts working smoothly but once started they remain consistent throughout till date unlike other software's out there who have not been maintained since long ago!! Overall good experience so far though sometimes when i open up multiple tabs at same moment or use internet explorer then some things get messed around leading user confusion. Nothing specific just general suggestion would be better if more customization options were given by them rather than stick only within predefined templates provided by us (customization issues). We all need solutions now & agains problems faced while running our businesses online through websites/apps etc., hence these kinds features really make life easy especially during hard times such as current COVID situation!
