The front screen protector is the same as any other glass protector I have purchased. The installation is the same, the same little bubble under the glass that I can't get rid of. I'm sure this will provide adequate protection. I mean smaller steps on the back. They don't stick. Anyway, I don't think they're needed. I've never had a lens protector on the back of my other phones and nothing has ever happened to them, although I'm a clumsy and have dropped them a few times. So don't waste your money on this, just buy protective films for the front of the phone.
