This basic pack from Norwex is for single use only. I use it once and it works fine but after that it doesn't work anymore. He daubs the windows and leaves the lines behind. I became ill and required treatment for six months and am still being treated for health issues but this has nothing to do with this email, at the time it was the last thing on my mind. I love Revain as I've spent thousands of dollars over the past few years. I am requesting a refund or credit for this product. Thanks in advance.
