It can be hard to get some tweens to dress up, but this dress did the trick. My daughter thought she wouldn't wear dresses but needed one for a formal occasion. When we saw this dress with dinosaurs (and another with sharks), we ordered it right away. She wears it all the time, and Gramma thinks it's a miracle she's in a dress. Find a print your daughter likes and she may actually wear a dress! These seems a bit tight in the armpits / bust and large / flared everywhere else, FYI. They are all polyester so they dry quickly but can be hot in summer, FYI.
