I wouldn't return it, it helps me reach my hydration goals. And it's comforting to be with me and know I have it. Stays ice forever. Sometimes I want the ice to melt, I'm running out of water and the ice won't melt, so I'm out of the game. I like the straw lid, but it's slow to leak even if it's tightly closed if dropped, and will certainly leak quickly if I don't fold the straw back. It seems difficult to be sure that the straw and silicone are really clean. I found I couldn't put anything in there but water. For example, after a few hours if I put iced coffee with some cream on top, it starts to smell bad. I'm not sure if it will hold up to washing in the dishwasher, so that's a shame. It's a really nice diner - if you don't mind washing your hands and just pouring water in. Maybe I'll try it with warm water with lemon or ginger in the beginning of autumn. Maybe it stays good.
