A friend gave me the idea of adding cord loops to a kayak I'd just bought for extra security, so I took that and some cords. It's a great thing - easy to use and fast - can't believe I've lived without it for so long. It's easy to use and provides just enough force to securely crimp the ferrules, and it's nice that you get 100 pack to get you started. I crimped a few things after I finished the kayak loops - added some loops to my truck mounts, made some double ended garage cords, the possibilities are almost endless. I haven't tested anything. Haven't seen how durable the tips are, but judging from tugging on them and some light work, they seem to be working just as I expected.
