Feels like it was designed just for me. I really just wanted something to keep my desk more organized, but wow, increasing the height of the monitor really makes it that much more comfortable. Black was a good choice as my 27 inch monitor has a black frame and base so it goes very well with it. The width matches that of the monitor and the cutouts are perfectly positioned to accommodate the Y-shaped base. I like having a place for things I use often - to put notes, pens, pencils, paperclips - and never lose my phone again. very good - my large phone fits perfectly in the cutout on the back. I also love the extra space underneath. What I appreciate most is the solid construction, so it doesn't bend in the middle like some plastic devices do over time. Very easy to assemble with 3 long screws on each end. Comes with a hex key. Just don't overtighten. I'm very glad I bought this. We recommend.
