If you need a waist trainer to work out of for postpartum go with this one
I highly recommend this waist trainer. I got two other ones for after birth and ones they fitted lose I got this one to flat my tummy I’m in love with it I’m also thinking of working out with it until I can use the last Hooks I’ve had it for a couple days and I’ve seen the difference on how my baby tummy lose skin has reduced.
- It shrank after I washed it.
