smelly rubber neoprene cord

smelly rubber cord. I can smell it, so if you're sensitive to smells, take note. In addition, the tracking number indicates it was shipped to another state no less, only to find out it was still on the way, HELLO USPS, PUT "IN TRANSIT" NOT "WAS DELIVERED". (Sorry but I have to say it is.) The delivery doesn't take too long, it took 6 working days, 8 in total from Monday to Monday. ATTENTION: the alarm clock itself works, I haven't tested it for water resistance yet. loud enough, not for a noisy house but maybe for a small house without too much noise. The float itself has some weight inside and once the float passes the level it slides to make contact and beep. This is about 10 degrees from horizontal, so it is necessary to attach the attached zip cord to the pipe slightly below where you want the water to stop. Good setup if smelly cables are not a problem. Interiors can stink. I've thrown this cable away before, but didn't realize it smelled like neoprene. I really appreciate the device myself, thank you. ***NOTE: I actually spoke to the guy who makes them and he said he'll make one with the other wire, it's potted in epoxy so he said he'll send it to me in a few days. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. He said the delivery service checked him as if they were checking the destination, so the scan was screwed up. He sent an email about it and also got a reply within a day. I LOVE A COMPANY TO WORK WITH YOU, I FIND ONE EVERY SEVERAL YEARS AND THAT'S A GOOD ONE. YOU SENT IT WITHIN 2 DAYS AND WILL BE HERE IN FEW DAYS. THANKS AGAIN
